Burns Applied Software Engineering (BASE-2, Inc.) is a custom software engineering firm specializing in air-traffic control and management systems. Since 1995, we have been registered as a subchapter S corporation and recognized as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) by the Small Business Administration.

BASE-2 has become a recognized entity in the realm of international air-traffic software development, serving contracts for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the United States and parallel organizations in both the United Kingdom and Taiwan Republic of China.
